THE PARTY EMPIRE, INC POLICIES
BOOKINGS: All reservations with THE PARTY EMPIRE, INC require a Non-Refundable 50% deposit in advance of the event to secure a reservation. In the Event of cancellation, the deposit will be applicable for future bookings, but it can not be refunded. We will call you should your reservation appear to run the risk of interference as a result of poor weather. At that time, you will have the option to reschedule your reservation. CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation, payments will be applicable for future bookings, but it will not be refunded. PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover for the 50% deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid at the time of delivery prior to Set-Up. PRICES, POLICIES AND INSURANCE: THE PARTY EMPIRE, INC reserves the right to change prices and terms & conditions without notice.
INSURANCE: We are insured. If any person or place requires an additional insurance policy to be purchased for an event, we need at least 72 hours to process through our insurance company. The minimum cost is $145.00 per additional named.
DELIVERY, PICK UP, SET UP & CONDITIONS OF RETURNED ITEMS RETURNED ITEMS: All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Tables and chairs must be folded and stacked as they were delivered and stored on an enclosed area, safe from any weather conditions. Table linens must be cleaned and stored in paper bags, cardboard boxes or linen bags. Do not place linens in plastic bags; they will mildew. Mildew on tablecloths will be considered as damage. Any damage linen will be charge as a new purchase.
SET UP: THE PARTY EMPIRE, INC. is not responsible for setting up or taking down tables, chairs, tablecloths or decorations. Additional fees will be applied for these services. This service must be arranged for prior to the Delivery/Pickup.
ELECTRICITY & PARK AND CLUB HOUSE REGULATIONS PARKS & CLUB HOUSES: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm with the park or clubhouse that all the items rented or services from THE PARTY EMPIRE, INC. are allowed at the park or clubhouse. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Cancellation due to inclement weather must be made by 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Once our trucks are in route to the event, full payment is due rain or shine. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients if activities are postponed due to inclement weather, but once we are out to delivery, full payment is due.
